Marshall B. Rich focuses his practice primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and bankruptcy disputes involving general liability, product liability and complex torts. He assists in the representation of major insurance companies in a wide range of complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country.

In law school, Marshall worked for the National Center on Protection Orders and Full Faith & Credit, a non-profit dedicated to educating and training legal professionals in the issuance, service, and enforcement of protective orders across the country. Following law school, Marshall clerked for the Honorable Jeannie E. Cho of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
