Min Kyoung Kim focuses her practice primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and bankruptcy disputes involving general liability, product liability and complex torts. She assists in the representation of major insurance companies on a wide range of complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country.
During law school, Min served as an associate editor at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal. She also published a Note on the Supreme Court decision concerning a trademark law issue. As a student attorney with the GW’s IP and Technology Clinic, Min provided pro bono legal services to small business owners with trademark registrations, licensing compliance and strategic trademark protection counseling. Min is fluent in Korean.
