Ruggeri Parks Weinberg Wins in the Second Circuit

On December 13, 2022 the Second Circuit affirmed Ruggeri Parks Weinberg’s victory in the Southern District of New York on behalf of long-time client Great American Insurance Company, Great American Insurance Co. v. AIG Specialty Insurance Co., No. 21-1298, 2022 WL 17587851 (2d Cir. Dec. 13, 2022). 

The Court’s order affirmed that appellant-defendant AIG is obligated to participate in defending the insured against a class-action concerning dual-agency real estate agreements.  Jim Ruggeri argued the appeal; Ed Parks and Sara Hunkler participated in briefing in the district court and Second Circuit.
